How can I stop the high-pitched squeal in my shower heads? It does it in both bathrooms and varies with amount of water being used. Other nieghbors in this 2 year old sub-division have the same problem. Also ll have anti-scald faucets.
        Thanks for the help.

Try finding the speed of the water traveling through this piping (Velocity) over 8 FPS could cause a lot of noise.

We don’t need to worry about the speed of th water traveling through the piping, this is a simple fix. Remove the shower head from the pipe that comes through the wall and remove the rubber flow restrictor disc. This should take care of the problem. let me know.
