Hi. Live in mt. Pearl, Nfld. canada. for the past 2-3 weeks when i turn on my taps (hot or cold, upstairs or downstairs) the water quickly goes to a weak stream and within 5 to 10 seconds the stream comes to the level that is normal for that opening. any suggestions. pressure in the street to neighbours is normal. thanks.
