Dear Sirs,I rent a house and we have a septic tank. A new one was intstalled Since the new tank has been installed we have holes in the yard with green and black water sitting in them. The man who installed our tank has been out to our house several times to pump the holes out, but within hours they are full again. Im not sure why this is happening, we have no other problems with our septic tank. What do you suggest to solve this problem?Thank You, D.R.
