Have a Submersible Well Pump that needs replaced.Problem: Pump is stuck in casing, have not been able to so much as budge it. Have tried using hand winch to apply pressure, no luck. Well casing is 4 inch. Any suggestion on how I might be able to retrieve this pump. Thankyou.
