I need to make a fourth hole in a porcelain enamelled cast iron sink. Can this be done without cracking the porcelain?

Yes this can be done with a Relton carbide tipped hole saw it is a two piece cutter that first cuts a beveled hole to relieve the porcelain. Then a slightly smaller cutter bores a hole through the cast iron. You can order one of these from my web site at http://www.roconn.com go to online order page. The part number is PC-20 price is $111.25 US
