1. Squeals loudly when showering, not when tubbing. Have taken apart diverter and it looks OK.2. When trying to remove faucet by twisting off, female/nut remains firm, while faucet spline to nut rotates. (It was screwed on circa, 1978).Thanks for any ideas. Moen does not have an email yet?
