I am remodeling my ground floor bathroom. While I have the walls out, I am going to rough in for a toilet and sink in my attic. I have a 3 main stack and my gr fl toilet is directly tied into this stack. Next to the stack I have a 2 vent coming up from my basement which ties into the the 3 stack above the toilet on the gr fl.I am intending on connecting the attic toilet directly to this 3 stack also. I was going to disconnect the connection of the 2 vent and tie it back into the stack in the attic above the new toilet. This would create a wet vent for my gr fl toilet.Question: Will this work?
