Is this the only hot water faucet which has stopped working?
You may have dirt particles or other debris blocking the cut-off valve to the faucet or the fixture valve.
How old is the water heater? Some have a dip tube which tends to come apart and the little particles block the valves and faucets. These water heaters are currently under a class action settlement for free replacement of the dip tube.
