Harold, the plumber won’t come back. I called him to tell him about the problem and he snapped at me, saying “I don’t know what else you want me to do. You’re going to have to call a boiler company to find out if there’s something wrong with your pump.” I don’t want to have contact with this man anymore, as this is not the first time he’s spoken harshly to me. He made it clear that he is done handling my job. By the way, this plumber was not hired through a company, although he works for one. He is someone my brother-in-law hooked me up with, who was acting on his own, so there’s no one he has to answer to.
