: John:–You might check to see if perhaps there is to much of the refill tubing stuck down the overflow tube. This will allow the water in the tank to siphon into the bowl ever so slowly. And of course this will in turn cause the ballcock to fill the tank to start the whole cycle over again endlessly….Akmed
