Check with neighbors if they experience same problem. If not then put a flow gague on main line comming into house. Do not use water for several hours or overnight. check flow. If no flow is indicated then perhaps a pressur tank is needed with a foot valve on the input line. It may be that the water pressure drop is due to the elevation . Any loss of maine line pressure from the service maine may be multiplying it self. Example– homes using water below your home will decrease your water pressure as you are at a higher elevation The greater the elevation difference the greater the pressure loss will be.
