I found it! my wifes chlorine tablet had gotten out of the tank and pluged the water flow into the bowl.: When my toilet is flushed it cycles and the water drains but there is a problem. the bowl never completly empties. In fact it gets maybe only down to 3/4s full. The problem is that is wont clear the bowl of anything. : When I take a gallon jug of water and pour it into the bowl right when I flush it then clears the bowl of water. : Does anyone have any insight into this? : thank you for your time and have a good day
