: I was hoping to get some help on a problem at my condominium. We have had a large number of small black flies constanly : flying around and dying. We have had the Health Inspector and Plumbing Inspector in our house to inspect the situation and : according to the Plumbing Inspector they are called Sewer Fleas. They did not seem to have a background in this feild. Is there : another name for these bugs cause i cant find any information on them?? They repaired a rotted sewer line under our kitchen : but they are still around. Do these Fleas that come from the sewer have potential diseases and do they pose a health threat??
