Although I cant help you with the appeal, you might want to try filing with the Spencer Class Action if you have plastic fittings. My claim has been denied because it has been too long since my home was built–15 years. I can appeal this. Does anyone know of appealed claims that have been sucessful and the reasons why they have been sucessful? I wish to fight this.
