: Recently our pipes started moaning and vibrating when we would flush a toilet. It then : started to do it anytime water was turned on and off from any source in the home. We had a : plumber come out and he checked the water pressure and said it was at 50psi and changed it to : 80psi. He then said that there was nothing else wrong and left. The day after I noticed a : upstairs toilet that was slowly leaking, so I changed the flapper and that seemed to fix the : leak.
