By the way the poly class action is based on a 10 year sliding scale, meaning (Today 10/16/98) if your home had poly installed or was manufactured w/ poly from 10/16/88 then you would still qualify for a replacement & possible compensation for current. One thing that is really not stressed or payed very much attention to is the fact that poly was not only installed within many homes, but it has also been used for service lines as well. A services line is simply the line starting at your water meter going (underground) to your home.
