: I have a 60 gallon natural gas water heater : aprox 8-9 yrs old and never been serviced, : when I fill the bath tub two floors up, : the first few gallons of water appears dirty. : I dont notice dirty water anywhere else in the house. : Could this be from sediment in the tank and be : noticeable only in the tub? : Any ideas would be appreciated.Water heaters work best when flushed out on a yearly basis.
