Thanks for the advice.
We have a home warranty which supposedly covers pluming. They sent out a plumber and he assessed the situation as a “shower pan” issue.
The home warranty apparently doesn’t cover “shower pan” issues.
Would this really be considered a shower pan issue if its merely about replacing a seal??
Should we get a second opinion?
