Yes, divide the heat requirement in the room by 600 for standard baseboard usning a 80%+ efficient boiler at 180 maximum water temperature.
If using a 92+ efficient condensing boiler at a maximum 130F water temperature divide the heat requirement by 300 btuh per foot.
