    1.Remove the tank & introduce air til the water stops running out.
    2. you will not be able to pressurise the bladder because it is ruptured, if you introduce more pressure after refitting the tank then you will only succeed in puting air into your plumbing.
    3.depending on the water quality your bladder may last from installation til it ruptures.
    the best suggestion would, I believe, be to replace the pressure tank, the pressure then can be set at 10% below the top pressure switch setting.
