You could install a pumped “ring main” system that circulates the hot water through a mechanical electric pump to ensure hot water is available at every outlet point without any delay – these are used in motels etc to overcome exactly what you have described – however, I doubt for the small inconvienence you are experiencing that the costs would justify the outcome.
Have a qualified Plumber over to give you some advice and likely costs if you wish to follow this course of action.
