Ginny….. Sounds to me that your in need of a wax seal under your toilet bowl. This is not a major job, but it does require a little muscle to horse the toilet around. Your best bet would be to get who ever installed the toilet to come back, and have another go. Youll need two closet bolts, a wax seal and some grout to reset the toilet. Lotsa Luck…….Bud
