Some of you may know that over the past few years my family and I have undertaken a training program to raise money for Can Too/Cure Cancer Australia Foundation, to help fund research into finding a cure for Cancer. Now my wife Kay, daughter Sophia and I will run in the Blackmores Sydney Marathon in September. I have run a few Marathons over the last couple of years, my wife has completed one and our daughter Sophia… well this is a new experience for her. At this point you would be thinking “what possessed you?”, 42.195km is quite a distance. As crazy and as insane that it sounds we have no doubt that with training of the body and mind we should be able to achieve the end result.
