crane dial-ese

So my kitchen Crane dial-ese faucet – angle mount on curved base – has been great for decades, but now when we turn on hot water, a leak pours from the cold stem, and when we turn on cold, leaks pour from the hot stem. I’ve read old dial-ese posts, and see that parts are available. My question is, do you think I need new stems or the “Crane – KIT0045 – DialeseStem Repair Kit (4 Pieces” which is basically the washers and rings?
