We live in Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth area) and are looking into electric tankless water heaters. We currently have 2 tank-type water heaters (one for each side of the house). One is in the garage and one is in the house which is the one we would replace as it has leaked water twice. We would only be using the tankless for two applications at the same time, master bath shower and sink. What brand is the best?
