Here’s my tale, I built a home 6 years ago. From day 1, the toilet in my master bedroom has had “issues” Here’s what basically happens. When you take care of business, it usually doesn’t go down. It takes sometimes 3-5 flushes. It’s like there is no suction in the toilet, it just seems to swirl. My mother in law who’s company built the home has given me every story in the book. It’s low flow, not enough water, wait until you get on the sewer system etc. I have replaced all hardware in this toilet numerous times and would just like the thing to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like you have a stoppage in the line, run a cable through the sewer.

Run a snake through the toilet? Should I remove the toilet and run the snake down? Can I use a hand snake or should rent one of the electric one’s?
