Mike… WHY would any contractor install plastic under a driveway?
Everyone knows (or should know) plastic has very little load bearing (weight) capacity.
Call the contractor back and have them replace it with proper materials.
Even if you were able to repair one section the other piping will also fail in time.

I don’t think the leak is under the driveway (it had to pass under it to get to the drain field), more likely is on a 150 foot run just outside the asphalt. Just hoping I could find this leak. I suspect it was from a 54000 lb. asphalt truck going over it two days ago, maybe with a rock or stone below the pipe (pipe is 2 feet below the surface. Thanks
