        toilet will not flush – water just circles – in bowl – when flushed with bucket everything goes down

          1-Check the tank water level

          2- Watch to make sure the tank flapper or tank bulb doesnt drop too fast

          3- Check the rim of the water openings too make sure they are clear from mineral deposits and

          Most important ask to see the LMP License

            Is it a Crane toilet with the rubber flapper?
