I cant find the outlet into the councils barrel drain it is totaly blocked or colapsed even the camera up the barrel drain could not find an outlet does anyone know a Hi-tech plumber that can locate it for me without digging up my driveway and front yard I live in Mel. Western Suburbs Getting desparate having an on going fight with local council over responsibility, suspect councils trees to blame.

Have you considered hiring a licensed drainer to use a water jet to possibly clear the lines
