Whenever we flush a toilet or the washer is draining you can hear the gurgle of water in the sinks or another part of the house. We are on a septic system with a leach field. We have been here 10 years. The septic tank has not been pumped since we have been here and we are not sure of when it was done prior to us getting the property. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

sounds like a partical stoppage or blocked vent.
When was the last time you had your main vent terminal checked for a blockage?
nest leaves etc
