        Our drains have an odor coming from them when we run water. It is all drains. At first we
        thought it was the water, but when you put water in a cup and smell it it smells fine. We had berber
        carpet installed in our newly finished basement 2 days ago, when this started. Don’t know if this is
        coincidental or not. Should we be concerned about the odor? It kind of smells like b.o. to me. How
        can we get rid of it?

          Put baking soda in drain then pour in a little vinegar, let sit a few hours or over night.
