I have a 30 gal. water heater at a remote cabin in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. It needs replacing. I have 30 Gal. Reliance water heater now, Model 5 30 NOMT 7 C. We use propane. What replacement water heater would be most likely to use most or all of the gas and plumbing connections? The tank is on approx. 2″ legs and is 54 inches high. Any info on how to go about solving this problem is greatly appreciated. Bill Lynch [email protected]

Don’t matter a hoot where ya live or anything like that – in the case of gas appliances ALWAYS hire an expert – gas in a handiman’s hands or a householder without the necessary experience and equipment is just asking for trouble.
