too hot water heater

        My hot water heater (gas) is set to the lowest level, but the water continues to be very hot. Is there something simple I can do to fix this or do I need to call in a pro.

        Also, what is the average life of a gas hot water heater?

          Simplest thing call the manufacturer and find out if it is under warrantee

          The “Average life” commercial is 3 -5 years and residential 10-18 years
