Quest Pipe Class Action Suit

Hi there,

I purchased a home from the original owner in 2001. The house is now 18 years old, and I am beginning to get leaks from the quest pipe. I would like to know if the class action law suit is still in affect, and if so, is it too late to join the class? Thanks in advance.
