A humidifier is installed on the hot air duct. It was previously installed such that it rotated only when the blower was off. The wiring was recently reconnected so that it rotates only when the bower is on. This seems logically correct but humidity in the house now seens frier than it was before. Which of the two ways is correct?

You’re correct. The drum should rotate when the blower is on. What makes you think that the air is frier? -
Actually, if the humidity IS a lot frier, turn the selector knob more toward meteor.
