I am sure there are some, but if the conditions are any where like when I was in the Chicago area, the only one that counted was Washburne and that was because Local 130 ran it. At that time, you could not even get a job as a plumber unless you belonged to the union and they put you through the apprenticeship program and trained you to be a first class plumber.
