        I have a Maytag Neptune Washer that stops a few seconds after I turn it on. A friend of mine checked the pump and it is working fine. He thinks it might be a problem with the timer or start button. Have you heard of this happening. I would like to buy the correct part

          It could be either one call a appliance repairman an d ask him.
