I have about 2 cups of water that comes out of the T&P valve after three people have taken baths. This is a new hot water heater. The hot water heater has been replaced once, and the T&P valve replaced once and it still leaks. Have you any suggestions as what to do. It is a low boy type hot water heater. Thanks.
