Our hot water heater is 9 years old. The hot water recently went out and we replaced the element. The breaker then started tripping. We replaced that element with a lower voltage one. The breaker kept on tripping. We then replaced the thermostat and the high limit switch. The breaker isnt tripping any longer but we have NO hot water at all. HELP!!!
