Just recently moved in, toilet was put in the day before I moved in. Was working for about a week perfectly and then the thing would never stop making that just been flushed noise. Got sick of it and figured that it must be because this screw isnt in good enough. Tighten the screw just enough so that the arm with the big balloon on the end would rise higher and therefore cause that sound to stop. OK, so thats solved.Now, 2 weeks later. I go to flush, and it FILLS instead of flushes. It stops just under the rim, makes the typical just been flushed sound but doesnt drain. Then, when the sound stops, THEN it starts to slowly drain all the way to the bottom until its gone, and then refills only to the point at which the water would leave the pipe opening and then enter the bowl again.Try to flush again and the water fills up, and repeats the same problem.Weird eh? Do I have some kind of blockage? Its a pretty small opening down there… smaller than usual. Could something (ugh) have gotten stuck?Sorry about non-technical terms. Dont know em. Appreciate your efforts in advance.
