We have a 2 story house, 3 1/2 bathrooms, house is only 3 1/2 years old. The upstairs Family bathroom toilet seems to groan or growl like a large animal in the mornings with the first couple of flushes.Any idea what could be causing this. Gas build up? Clog. The other toilet upstairs does not do this nor does the downstairs one.Mahalo, for any assistance.

Sounds like the rubber washer in the inlet valve has started to go, try putting a new one in DISCLAIMERAll advice is given with-out seeing the job, and hence all advice MUST be taken as advice with limited knowledge on the exact situation. NO responsibility can or will be taken. And yes, I am a licensed plumber with my own business in Brisbane Australia
