George:–We had the same problem here for years. We hired to slick Lawyers and sued the State for not providing a safe and satisfactory place for our children to expand thier little minds. The State immediately started legal action against the Federal Government for failure to foresee this unfortunate occurence in our run down infra-structure. We expect to have our new 27 million dollar school completed in time for the upcoming semester. The Olympic sized swimming pool and Baseball diamond have been in use since February. Thanks to the Solar Dome that protects the users from the vagueries of temperature flucuations and the weather in general. The new Track and Football Stadium are under construction at this time and will be state of the art in every way when completed. 96% of the Graduating Class, has opted to pursue careers in the Legal Profession. One such student interviewed said If it werent for a little Sewer Gas, he would never have found a way to make a fortune with very little work effort. Hope you do as well with your Gas problem… Bud.

BUD:The one school that we are having problem with is 20 years old it is our voc.tech school. In 1994 we open a new high school beside the voc.tech we also builded ball fields and dressing rooms the sewer gas is worse in the voc.tech school and outside it seem since the dressing rooms were builded up on a hill beyond the schools it seem like the dressing rooms building are like a vacumn cleaner sucking thru vents we have made vent pipe long on the roofs but that didnt help we have ran smoke tests we found a few places were smoke came out we fix them (problem be pressure)

George: Look for a probable negative air pressure situation inside the building(s) affected. Insufficient make up air in the heating or A/C system can cause sewer gas to be drawn from any and every opening in the drainage and venting system. Old floor drains that no longer have a protecting water seal, or toilets that have poor seals at the flange all need to be carefully checked. Abandoned piping that has not been properly capped off could be the problem???? Lots of luck with your search…Bud.
