I am moving into a new house and I have a gas range. I have been trying to get a gas fitter to install a gas line from the basement to the kitchen and received a big range of difference on price estimation. How do I know which company to go for? What are the considerations to look when deciding to have the plumber to do the right job? Any suggestion or recommendation? Phil.

Phil. the average cost should only be 2/300 if basement is not finished. if it is you could probably add 100 dollars.
