I followed this advice and was immediately rewarded with superior water pressure. One point to keep in mind is that when you disconnect the spray head/handle, dont let the chrome hose-end fitting slide down into the swivel base assembly. Should you fail to heed this small piece of advice, you can retrieve the fitting with a bent wire hanger and a few choice words of encouragement. Closing the sink drain would also eliminate that tiny mesh filter from going into the disposal (accompanied by yet another string of obscenities as you fish around with the ubiquitous tongs and flashlight): : The most likely obstruction is at the point where the hose connects to the faucet. The second option is the spray head itself. You can check that by operating the faucet with the head disconected.: : : I have a Moen kitchen faucet with pull out stainless steel hose. My water pressure gets lower and lower. Is there a filter in the hose? Can I fix it? How?
