There is water pouring out of the tube in the center of my water heater. I shut off the water at the main valve, and made arrangements to have the heater replaced Am I doing the right thing?? Dont want to replace if it can be repaired. it is a Ruud. Bought the house a year ago and dont know how old it is thanx debs
