Why does hot water work in the kitchen and yet not in the bathroom? The pilot light is lit but I dont know what else to check to find out what the problem is. One full bath can be run with hot water and then the hot water will run out. The kitchen however continues to have hot water.

The kitchen however continues to have hot water. :First make certain that you have only one heater and not a possble second.Determine if this problem is coming from one fixture or the entire bathroom,this may narrow down your search.I would suspect either a mixing problemlocated at or near the bath in question or you have a seperate hot water source for your kitchen.Hope that helps
