I am looking for a chemical to add to my sewer/drain pipe to prevent the reoccurance of roots clogging the pipe. I feel a commerical grade chemical is what I am looking for, not the everyday hardware store variety. A product name and manufacture would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thank youCopper sulphate………… but no matter what you use, like poltergeist, they will be back.DISCLAIMERAll advice is given with-out seeing the job, and hence all advice MUST be taken as advice with limited knowledge on the exact situation. NO responsibility can or will be taken. And yes, I am a licensed plumber with my own business in Brisbane Australia

Any sort of treatment is a waste of time. You have to block the line, fill it with water, wait for the tree to suck up the mixture. By this time you will have had a lovely long world cruise to remember. Remember Arnies quote ILL BE BACK: I am looking for a chemical to add to my sewer/drain pipe to prevent the reoccurance of roots clogging the pipe.
