I am finishing my basement and need to install a toilet. I have never done this before and would really appreciate step-by-step instructions. Do I install the floor tiles before or after I install the toilet.

:You will need to tile the floor as close as you can to the toilet flange, first. Be sure to caulk the toilet after setting

My old toilet was cracking and caused leaking water. I try to replace it, but I wont be able to remove the bolt screw and the nut. I broke the toilet part and removed the toilet, but I still wont able to remove the bolt screw and the nut. How can I remove them and replace them with new ones? I have never done this before and would really appreciate step-by-step instructions.

I had ceramic tile installed over linoleum. I pulled the toilet flange and all. Do I put the new flange below the floor, even with the floor or on top of the floor? If on top, does the bottom of the flange rest on top of the tile? Thanks!

My house is very old, and as you might guess so is my toilet. How do I go about changing the old toilet for a bran-new one myself, with time and labor costing me and not having to pay some one do it for me.
