Bathroom tiling

Ive put down cement board on the bathroom floor – its only a 5 x 5 1/2 room. Do I tile all the way up to the drain hole in the floor- as close as possible – and set the commode on top of the tiles when done, or, do I tile up to the footprint of the commode and leave it on the cement board? Wouldnt the weight of the toilet crack the tiles if its on top of finished tiles? Tiles are 1 white, 1/4 thick. This is my first effort. I have 1/4 spacers.

I would definitely tile up to the closet flange, reason being is that if you ever have to replace the wax seal or the toilet itself, it is a lot easier! Plus you do not have to cut tile exactly around the base of toilet.
