There is no one correct way. buit the usual way is to connect the other isnk tothe drain pipe in the wall and put a tee below that sink for the disposer (Disposal is a trademark of GE),: I want to install a garbage disposal under double kitchen sink. What is the correct way of draining the 2 sinks.

What is the correct way of draining the 2 sinks. The waste outlets should not be less than 1-1/2 inces in diameter. check with your local codes or someone in your areas that is familiar with the jurisdiction. Normally there is only one trap if its no more than 30 inches from center to center of your sinks opening. This set up would come to a diverting tee fitting and a continous waste. I.E no right or wrong way to do this.
